Return & Refund Policy – Original Artwork

All of my original artwork is created by hand and is one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales of original art are final.

All Sales Final on Original Artwork

  • All original artwork (including framed originals and commissioned pieces) is non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, size issues, or color differences between your screen and the physical piece.

You’re always welcome to email me at hello@maryelizabethmarvin.com before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece.


Damaged in Transit or Wrong Item

I do my best to package artwork securely, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I’ll work with you to make it right.

Please:

  1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  2. Contact me within 3 days of delivery at hello@maryelizabethmarvin.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of:

      • The damaged area

      • The packaging (inside and outside)

If your claim is approved, I will provide return or shipping instructions by email.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important:

  • Please keep all original packaging until we’ve resolved the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork and custom/commissioned pieces are always final sale.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
